What's Covered

  • Manufacturing Defects

    Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Battery Issues

    Significant battery degradation below 80% capacity within the warranty period.

  • Sensor Malfunction

    Heart rate, SpO2, temperature, or accelerometer sensor failures.

  • Water Resistance Failure

    Water damage within the rated IP68 depth of 100 meters.

What's Not Covered

  • Physical Damage

    Cracks, dents, or scratches from drops, impacts, or crushing.

  • Unauthorized Modifications

    Damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

  • Normal Wear & Tear

    Cosmetic changes from regular use including minor surface scratches.

  • Misuse

    Damage from using the ring beyond its rated specifications.

How to File a Claim
